How to Replace Motherboard of Anycubic Photon Mono X 6Ks

Refer to the following steps that can help you replace the motherboard of your resin printer. Please note that you should turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply first, please consider the necessary precautions to ensure safety during the replacement process. There are many cables and connectors on the motherboard, and recording their locations will facilitate assembly on the new motherboard of Mono X 6Ks.

Step 1: Open the printer dock. Use the M3.0 hex key to loosen and remove the screws that fix the base shell of the printer. Unplug the wiring plug connecting the motherboard to the UV lamp driver board, and remove the printer bottom board.

Step 2: Pull off the main board wiring. Separate the LCD screen on the motherboard and the FPC cable of the control screen. Remove the remaining wiring plugs on the motherboard one by one. Use an M2.5 hex key to loosen and remove the screws that secure the motherboard.
